Role Description

We're seeking a self-motivated Senior Engineer who thrives on ownership and execution. From concept to deployment, you'll own the full development lifecycle for features that empower millions of users.

What You'll Do:

• Own & Build: Take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from scoping problems with Product leadership to shipping robust solutions and supporting their operation.
• Solve Real Problems: Tackle high-impact challenges, such as enabling in-store payments, integrating with utility companies for bill pay, and building payroll tools for businesses.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Lead technical design discussions, write clean code, and elevate our codebase through active pairing and rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor & Grow: Foster a culture of learning by mentoring fellow engineers and contributing to our team's growth and development processes.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sci, Engineering, Information technology, Applied Mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
• Creativity is always a plus.
• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
• Deep programming language knowledge.
