Role Description
Provide level 3 application support
Carrying out RCA and troubleshooting
Managing Incidents and issues related to applications under remit
Involved in leading the team to perform root cause analysis
Carrying out automation of processes
Ensuring timely resolution especially for high severity incidents to business users
Provide management reporting
Requirement
Min 10 years of experience with min 6 years in managing application support
Experience in banking industry is a must
Must have prior experience in supporting java applications
Comes from strong technical background, able to perform troubleshooting if required
Current technical skills in windows, and DB
Experience in troubleshooting windows systems issues
Good experience in incident and problem management
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
