Role Description

  • Provide level 3 application support
  • Carrying out RCA and troubleshooting
  • Managing Incidents and issues related to applications under remit
  • Involved in leading the team to perform root cause analysis
  • Carrying out automation of processes
  • Ensuring timely resolution especially for high severity incidents to business users
  • Provide management reporting

Requirement

  • Min 10 years of experience with min 6 years in managing application support
  • Experience in banking industry is a must
  • Must have prior experience in supporting java applications
  • Comes from strong technical background, able to perform troubleshooting if required
  • Current technical skills in windows, and DB
  • Experience in troubleshooting windows systems issues
  • Good experience in incident and problem management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
