Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify problems, define requirements, and deliver insights that help drive smarter business decisions.

Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation

Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements

Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

Support project planning, scope definition, and change management activities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team

Requirement

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence

Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
