Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of modern digital solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from translating user stories into working code to ensuring high-quality delivery. You will guide the architectural vision, perform technical reviews, and promote best practices like TDD and clean code. The role involves designing scalable backend services, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also mentor junior developers, manage cross-squad dependencies, and support the product owner in defining technical requirements.

Requirement

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience, with at least one year in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in at least two or more development languages, such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing API-based solutions on cloud-native platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean software development principles, along with hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and proactively address potential risks.
• Experience or the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders in the Japanese market.
