Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and product innovation.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth

Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems

Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations

Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data-driven solutions

Conduct A/B tests and evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical methods

Build automated data pipelines and deploy models into production environments

Requirement

Proven experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role

Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms

Experience with SQL and working with relational or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly

Comfortable working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
