Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Lead to drive delivery, guide a high-performing engineering team, and build scalable, high-quality digital products aligned with business goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and contribute to application architecture, frameworks, and reusable components across projects
• Own development standards including code quality, testing practices, documentation, and secure coding
• Support project planning through effort estimation, task breakdown, and stakeholder communication

Requirement

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (J2EE), SQL, and modern backend development practices
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, with exposure to secure and scalable architectures
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, IBM MQ, Solace) and distributed system design
