Your new role

You will lead a team of engineers to solve complex technical problems across impactful domains such as healthcare and manpower transformation product systems. In this role, you will set technical direction, drive engineering best practices and oversee the design, implementation and delivery of one or more products under your team’s ownership.

Requirement

• Shape the technical vision and strategic direction for your engineering team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional partners and external stakeholders to refine priorities and steer product roadmaps toward incremental, high impact delivery.

• Develop and maintain long range technical plans, updating architectural and infrastructure roadmaps to meet evolving product and business requirements.

• Drive engineering excellence, establishing practices, frameworks, and tools that elevate code quality, reliability, security, and overall team effectiveness.

• Mentor and support engineers through regular performance and growth conversations, offering constructive guidance to strengthen both individual and team capability.

• Champion valuable engineering initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to advance technical quality, innovation, and positive real world impact.

• Experience working with on large scale software systems with an awareness of how software behaves and performs as usage grows.

• Comfortable with modern web development practices including familiarity with modern tech stack such as Java/Typescript and Next/React.

• Ability to guide technical decisions and support teams effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills alongside technical capability.

• A mindset that values thoughtful engineering, collaboration, maintainability, and building solutions with long‑term quality in mind.

• An interest in meaningful, mission‑driven work, along with experience supporting and developing others typically through coaching or team‑level guidance.
