Automation Engineer

Role Description

  • Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and improvement of automation equipment and production systems.
  • Manage project schedules, execution, documentation, FAT/SAT, validation, and technical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and improve existing production lines through root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain PLC, cobot, electrical, mechanical, SOP, WI, and preventive maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Train operations and maintenance teams and support equipment servicing when required.
  • Comply with all EHS policies and workplace safety requirements.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, CAD, Microsoft Office, and statistical tools such as Minitab or MATLAB.
