We're building something different.

A1 is creating an AI-native product that can plan, reason, remember, use tools, recover from failures, and proactively help users complete real-world tasks. Think beyond prompts and chat—this is about building reliable AI systems people can depend on every day.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems who wants to solve difficult engineering problems at the intersection of product, distributed systems, and LLMs.

What you'll be building

• End-to-end AI-native product features across frontend, backend, and AI systems
• Agentic workflows capable of planning, tool usage, multi-step execution, and recovery
• Production-grade integrations with LLMs, memory, RAG, and external tools
• Real-time AI experiences with streaming responses and low latency
• Reliable systems with strong observability, evaluation, and fallback mechanisms

Requirement

Strong Full Stack Engineering experience (Next.js / React, Python, Node.js

✔ Experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, or AI agents

✔ Strong system design and API architecture fundamentals

✔ Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building from scratch
