Role Description
This role is responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing advanced artificial intelligence models to drive business innovation and efficiency.
The position plays a key role in translating cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, real-world applications, including intelligent question-answering systems, computer vision solutions, and natural language processing tools.
- Responsible for researching, developing, and optimizing artificial intelligence models.
- Promote the implementation of AI technologies in real business scenarios, such as intelligent Q&A systems, image recognition, and natural language processing.
- Build pipelines for large model development and deployment, ensuring stable operation in production environments.
- Track cutting-edge AI technologies and continuously optimize intelligent application solutions.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a solid foundation in algorithms.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI-related fields, with a minimum of 1 year focused on LLM application development.
- Hands-on experience in large model fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA/QLoRA) or building large-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Proficient in Python, and experienced with at least one mainstream agent framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Familiar with major models (ChatGPT, Claude, Llama 3, DeepSeek, Qwen, etc.), including prompt engineering and API optimization.
- Ability to design agentic workflows, including complex task planning and tool usage.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes deployment environments.
