We are seeking a Software Developer to help build and enhance software solutions driving our APAC power trading operations. Based in Singapore, you will play avital role in delivering cutting-edge solutions and ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.

Support global trading operations and help optimize key systems

As our new Software Developer, you will become a vital member of our experienced Technology team, contributing significantly to the continued development of our trading tools. With the use of cutting-edge technology, we support the business best possible and ensure operational excellence on a global scale.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and enhancing tools for APAC power trading operations.
• Maintaining and improving existing business-critical systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborating with traders, stakeholders, and developers to implement tailored solutions.
• Drive tasks throughout the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirement

We are looking for a pragmatic and solution-oriented software professional with a deep understanding of software development. You should be motivated by solving complex problems and continuously improving systems.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Are fluent in English and capable of communicating effectively with global teams.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in a software development role.
• Possess advanced skills in Python and C#. Rust is a plus.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing your workload independently.
• Are familiar with DevOps practices and Azure cloud services (advantage).
